Others seek to grow in a deeper understanding of the texts so they may more fully pray and understand the proclamations at liturgy.

Introductory course to the basic study of the Gospels. It explores how to read the gospels, the basis of current scholarship and the purpose of the Christian Scriptures. It will inform and challenge us.

In this overview of the prophetic books of Sacred Scripture we will be challenged to see how they relate to our times and call forth courage and hope even now.
History of the Old Testament: It's about US!
As we explore some of the history and historical books of scripture we will see how they relate to our times.

In this overview of the Wisdom books of Sacred Scripture we will see how they ask some of the same questions we do in a world similar to our own.
Acts: The Church in Conflict
Often there is a romantic notion that all was harmonious and simple in the early church. Acts of the Apostles shows the struggles it had to deal with changing culture, the fall of Jerusalem, and someone like Paul.
There are also workshops on each of the Gospels for a particular liturgical year or season.
