Advent: Preparing the Way
for the Lord of the Cosmos
Journey with all creation in preparing the way for the Lord who will come again. Using the Jesse tree we find the way
Prayer for Peace and Healing
We will pray for peace and healing in ourselves and in our world. We have done this as an ecumenical program, as well as for school and parish staffs
Walking in Hope
God is our Hope and Security in these difficult days. We will focus on how we can rediscover and find hope. We have done this as an ecumenical program, as well as for school and parish staffs
Creative Meditation
Contemplation and meditation can take many forms. Meditation comes from the silence of our hearts. We will explore active forms of meditation. Wehave done this with school and parish staffs as well as hands on with students to pray and demonstrate methods in classrooms and small groups.
Praying our Images of God
Our images and understandings of God change as we grow. Through sacred art, scripture, pictures of the holy places, guided meditation, and simple exercises, we will explore the image of God we are called to be.God.
Joining the Prayer of the Cosmos
We will see how God has prepared for Jesus and for us in prayer. Appreciating the wonder of being and our lives.
Scriptures Alive! Finding Your Place in the Word of God
Seasonally adjusted, this retreat seeks to connect the scriptures with our daily lives. Can be easily adjusted to the specific areas one requests. We have done this program with parish and school staffs.
